I am now able to see counseling clients all day Tuesday and Saturday as well as Tuesday nights, at the lovely Queen Anne location.
Saturday seems really convenient for my clients and I enjoy coming down to Seattle too.
I still have time in my schedule for new clients, so please e-mail me at SabrinaRood@gmail.com, visit my website at www.SabrinaRoodCounseling.com, or call my business number:
(206) 962-0221 and we can get started.
My clients are wonderful people and I am honored to partner with each of them on their journey. The hours I spend doing therapy are such a joy.

Seeing Clients on Tuesdays in Seattle
My small private practice has been growing and I am happy to see clients during the day and evening every Tuesday. Each of my clients inspires me in different ways.
I am so grateful when someone trusts me enough to take this journey together. It is also amazing when a client refers other people to me.
Narrative therapy is not for everyone. I have found that therapy clients who want a lot of direction from their therapist might not feel so comfortable with me. As a narrative therapist, I truly believe that the client is the expert on their own life, as Michael White often said. I enjoy partnering with my clients to find their answers, and while I know that my training and skills help us to find new ideas and new paths, it is not me directing the client. Because this is my style, sometimes a therapy client who is used to a more authoritative "expert" in the therapist chair may balk at the responsibility I am sharing with them in our sessions.
On the other hand, most clients open themselves up to this shared power, if you will, and amazing things occur.
